These asphalt shingles feature a six-layer composite structure and a wind resistance rating of up to level 11. They have a lifespan exceeding 50 years, maintain vibrant and fade-resistant colors, and offer waterproofing, heat insulation, flame retardancy, thermal insulation, and noise reduction. Suitable for both flat and sloping surfaces, they are ideal for villas, hotels, restaurants, residential buildings, and commercial buildings.1. Install the shingles from the eaves towards the roof. When installing on a roof or slope, the first layer of shingles should be laid upside down, aligned with the eaves, and secured with steel nails (usually four nails per shingle), with the nail heads flush with the shingle surface.2. You can cut a whole shingle into three equal parts for use as ridge tiles. 21 shingles can cover approximately 9 meters of ridge.3. Because the shingles contain asphalt and hot melt adhesive, heating the hot melt adhesive layer before installation or exposing the shingles to sunlight for a few days after installation will improve adhesion.4. We have a version specifically designed for sunrooms and corrugated steel sheet installations, with the entire back of the tiles coated with hot melt adhesive (the default version only covers 60% of the back). • Multi-layered Structure: This self-adhesive asphalt shingle is an "upgraded version" of traditional asphalt shingles. It is made of six layers, including a high-temperature calcined colored sand layer, two layers of asphalt, a quartz sand layer, a fiberglass layer, and a bottom layer of heat-adhesive adhesive. Its wind resistance rating far exceeds that of ordinary shingles, reaching level 11.
• Long Lifespan: We refuse to use inferior materials; this asphalt shingle has a lifespan of over 50 years. It has advantages such as waterproofing, heat insulation, and flame retardancy. After installation, it can reduce outdoor noise and keep the indoor environment warm in winter and cool in summer. Its colors are vibrant and beautiful, and it hardly fades; even after 30 years of use, the fading will not exceed 10%.
• Easy Installation: Roof Tiles use a staggered (half-piece offset) installation method. When installing on a roof or slope, the first layer of shingles needs to be laid upside down and aligned with the eaves, and fixed with ordinary steel nails (usually 4 nails are needed per shingle; please refer to our detailed diagram for nail placement), installing from the eaves towards the roof.
